Petition R15-02 is a request by Chick-fil-A, LLC to update and amend their conditional rezoning plan subject to the current Huntersville Zoning Ordinance. The site is approximately 1.3 acres, is located at 16915 Statesville Road (parcel #00504301) and is zoned Highway Commercial Conditional District (HC-CD). The purpose of the amendment is to bring the zoning of the property subject to current ordinance standards thus allowing the expansion of the building and the drive through area.
