Subject:          Authorize Award for Demolition Proposals

Authorize award to National Recovery & Wrecking Co. for demolition services for seven (7) dwellings.  


ACTION RECOMMENDED: 

Approve authorization

 
 
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

At the May 15 meeting there was a budget amendment that authorized the Town Manager to spend Rental Income to cover expenses.
