Rezoning: R17-01 Sherrill Subdivision Conditional Rezoning is requested by Nate Bowman to rezone parcel numbers  01920320, 01920313, and 01937101 from Neighborhood Residential (NR) and Transitional Residential (TR) to Neighborhood Residential Conditional District (NR-CD).


ACTION RECOMMENDED: 

Conduct a Joint Public Hearing with the Planning Board on June 5, 2017.
