Subject:          R16-08: Huntersville Sports Village


Rezoning:  R16-08 is a request by Sports Village Land Group, LLC to rezone approximately 24.82 acres (parcel #01740104) from Corporate Business (CB) to Special Purpose Conditional District (SP-CD).  The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the construction of an estimated 225,000 sq ft mixed use development including indoor recreation, retail, and office uses.  


ACTION RECOMMENDED: 

Consider taking final action on February 6, 2017.
