Right of Way Abandonment - McCoy Road: This Petition for Abandonment is a request by Bank of America, N.A, as Trustee for the Nations Bank Pension Plan and PAAK-EM, LLC to abandon a portion of the former right-of-way for McCoy Road.  


ACTION RECOMMENDED: 

Hold a public hearing on February 6, 2017.
