Subject: Main Street Drainage Easement

This purchase is for a drainage easement across the Wirth property (PID #019-021-19) located on 3rd street that will serve the new storm water from Main Street and Veterans Park. This easement will allow the town to maintain and improve this drainage ditch.

ACTION RECOMMENDED:

Approve purchase of drainage easement for the amount of $2,000.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

The $2,000 will come from the storm water funds that have already been allocated to the Veterans Park Project.
