NCDOT staff will review plans and details for the Main Street project (NC Transportation Improvement Program Project U-5908) and needs to charge their review time to the project. The agreement will allow the use of federal funds to cover 80% of their time with the Town covering the 20% match. The Town will be sent a bill at the conclusion of the preliminary engineering phase for the 20% match.
