Subject:          R16-04 Lake Norman Charter Elementary School

Hold a public hearing on Monday May 2, 2016.  R16-04 is a request by Lake Norman Charter School on behalf of the property owners, to conditionally rezone 39 acres (parcels 01723306 and 01723312) from Corporate Business (CB) to Campus Institutional Conditional District (CI-CD).  The purpose of the rezoning is to build a new elementary school. The properties are located approximately 300 feet east of the intersection of Hambright Road and Swansboro Lane.


ACTION RECOMMENDED: 

Recommend holding a public hearing on May 2, 2016.
