Conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 6:30 PM in the Huntersville Town Hall on petition #TA 15-05, a request by Primal Brewery & the Town of Huntersville to amend Article 3.2.9(a) and 3.2.10(a) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow temporary mobile food sales as a use permitted with conditions in the Corporate Business (CB) and Special Purpose (SP) zoning districts.
