Subject:          Grant Agreement and appropriation of funds


Authorize the Town Manager to sign the attached Grant Agreement between Mecklenburg County and the Town and appropriate $1,575,000 for the replacement and repair of the heating & air conditioning equipment and system at HFFA.  Mecklenburg County approved the appropriation at their July 7, 2015 meeting.


ACTION RECOMMENDED: 

Appropriate funds in the amount of $1,575,000 and authorize the Town Manager to sign the Grant Agreement.

 
 
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

Additional revenue in the amount of $1,575,000.
