Request to call a public hearing for May 2, 2016 for R16-03. R16-03 is a request by JV Bailey Road, LLC, to amend the Highway Commercial conditional rezoning plan (HC-CD) for the McDonald’s Restaurant (parcel 01715807). The purpose of the rezoning is to amend the hours of operation limitation and allow the drive through window to be open 24 hours a day.
